Wow, do I feel old...

We went to see Dave Matthews at Alpine Valley last Saturday, and boy have things changed... Wow, the average age was well under 25 - luckily not yet at the age where I'd start feeling like I was somebody's dad. Holding up lighters seems to have gone the way of the dinosaur, at least 25% of what you would expect to be lighters were actually cell phones!

It's just a shame that the crowd hasn't changed, though. The whole place was trashed by the time the concert was over, just garbage everywhere. Oh yeah, and there just has to be at least one asshole that has to tip over the garbage cans on the way out. So much for following the band's message of environmental awareness.

Oh yeah, for any of you counting - 2 weeks until my birthday...

Three months old and counting!

JJ turned three today - months, that is! He is turning out to be a big, healthy boy and just the bundle of joy that we had hoped for.
